Company culture video: when it fits.

A culture video is credible when employees recognise themselves in it. It is most useful inside the company first, for new hires and anniversaries, before it is used outside.

We interview, film and edit with a light touch, and let the people speak.

Typical uses

  • Showing new hires how things work day to day
  • Marking an anniversary or milestone
  • A recording of recognition moments
  • Values explained through real situations

What shapes the result.

  • VoiceEmployees speak in their own words. We guide the conversation, not the answers.
  • VarietyRoles, sites and seniority all appear, so the video does not look like head office.
  • PermissionEveryone on screen agrees in writing to how the video will be used.
  • Shelf lifeFewer slogans and more real situations keep a video usable for years.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Is a culture video for employees or for recruiting?

It can serve both. We recommend making the internal version first, then adapting it for external use with permission.

Do people need to be on camera?

Not always. Audio and photos work well for people who prefer it, and take less time.

Who owns the finished video?

You do, subject to the permissions of everyone who appears. We confirm usage in writing.

What’s your next message?

Tell us who it’s for, what you need to communicate and when you need it. We’ll come back with the approach and the scope.
