Audio newsletter
An internal newsletter you can listen to: the week's news read well, in a few minutes, for people who do not sit at a desk.

Audio newsletter: when it fits.
An audio newsletter serves the people the email never reached: drivers, technicians, nurses, store teams. It is also easier to make than a video, so it can run weekly.
We write for the ear, voice it and deliver it to a private feed or a link.
Typical uses
- The week's news for field and frontline teams
- A leader's weekly note read aloud
- Safety and operational updates by audio
- A multilingual edition for a multi-country workforce
What shapes the result.
- ScriptShort sentences and a spoken order, not a pasted article.
- VoiceA recurring host or a directed voice, chosen to suit your culture and disclosed as such.
- LengthCommonly three to eight minutes. Short enough to finish, long enough to say something.
- DeliveryA private feed, a link or messages your teams already open.

What you can hold us to
Checked before it reaches your teams.
Standards we apply to every piece, and the commitments we make before you send anything.
- Know how it’s made
We tell you whether each piece uses an AI voice or a human one.
- Reviewed before delivery
Nothing reaches your teams until you approve it.
- Confidential from the start
We agree confidentiality, access to materials and private delivery with you before we start.
Delivery standards
- Consistent loudness
- −16 LUFS for podcast platforms, true peak ≤ −1 dBTP, so episodes don’t jump in volume.
- A master you can reuse
- WAV 48 kHz / 24-bit for future edits and versions.
- Captions for recorded media
- Following WCAG 2.2, criterion 1.2.2, for people watching without sound.
- Checked before delivery
- Technical, listening and script checks on every piece.
Questions
Before you get in touch.
Is it just a text-to-speech read of the newsletter?
No. We rewrite for listening and direct the delivery. A direct read of written text usually sounds flat.
How do people listen?
On a private feed, a platform link or a file. We advise based on the devices your people have.
Can it be in several languages?
Yes, with a voice per language and a native check of terms and names.
