Employee video newsletter: when it fits.
Many internal newsletters go unread. A short video on a regular schedule with a recognisable format gets more of the news to more of the people.
We design the format, produce each edition and help you keep the schedule realistic.
Typical uses
- A monthly company news video
- A weekly team roundup for frontline staff
- A quarterly leadership letter on camera
- An edition per country with local news
What shapes the result.
- FormatA fixed structure of three stories and one thing to do. Familiar order helps people watch.
- RhythmA schedule you can keep. A reliable monthly edition beats an ambitious weekly that stops.
- AccessibilityCaptions and a transcript let people skim as they would a newsletter.
- MeasurementWe help you decide what to track so you know whether it is being watched.

Questions
Before you get in touch.
Does it replace the written newsletter?
Sometimes. Many teams keep the written one for reference and send the video for the main stories.
Who presents?
A recurring host, a rotating team member or a voice-over. A recurring host builds recognition.
How long is each edition?
Usually three to five minutes. The format decides, so we test it with a first edition.
