Employee training videos and audio
Safety, compliance and how-to pieces that people can play on the job, as video or audio, with captions, transcripts and every language version.
- Video modules
- Audio modules
- Captions
- Transcripts
Training that fits the job, not the desk.
Most training is built for a laptop and a quiet hour. Many people who need it work on a floor, in a vehicle or on a shift, where the only screen is a phone and the only time is a few minutes.
We produce the same lesson as video and as audio, in short pieces with captions and transcripts, so people can learn where and when they actually work.
Used for
- Safety and procedure briefings
- Compliance refreshers that people finish
- How-to pieces for tools, forms and systems
- Product and process updates for frontline teams
Example
Example: a loading-bay procedure.
The briefA logistics company changes how pallets are loaded. Every shift needs the same three steps, shown in the real bay, before the change starts.

What was delivered
Video, 90 seconds
The three steps in the real bay, with captions.
Audio version
The same lesson for people who listen in one ear, with a transcript.
A one-line recap
For the shift huddle, read aloud or shown on a screen.
Language versions
The same pieces for each site.
Video and audio from one script.
We write the lesson once and produce both, so the content stays identical and each person picks the format that fits the moment.
- VideoFor when the steps must be seen: procedures, equipment, safety.
- AudioFor when hands and eyes are busy, or for travel time.
- Transcripts and captionsFor accessibility and for people who prefer to read.
- Short modulesOne idea per piece, so each one is easy to update.
Your part
What we start from.
Your procedure, policy or slides
We turn the source material into a script for the ear and the eye.
An expert who knows the job
Someone who checks every step before delivery.
Training you already have
Slides, manuals, e-learning scripts or recordings we can rework.
Timing
Timing depends on the number of modules, whether we film and how many languages. It comes with the quote.
Languages
The same lesson in every language and accent your teams work in, with real voice talent, so nobody learns a safety rule from a second-hand translation.
Confidential information
Training often shows internal processes, equipment and systems. We agree what can be shown, who reviews it and how files are stored and delivered before we begin.
- Screens and documents checked before delivery
- A reviewer on your side signs off each module
- Private delivery of every file
What you can hold us to
Checked before it reaches your teams.
Standards we apply to every piece, and the commitments we make before you send anything.
- Know how it’s made
We tell you whether each piece uses an AI voice or a human one.
- Reviewed before delivery
Nothing reaches your teams until you approve it.
- Confidential from the start
We agree confidentiality, access to materials and private delivery with you before we start.
Delivery standards
- Consistent loudness
- −16 LUFS for podcast platforms, true peak ≤ −1 dBTP, so episodes don’t jump in volume.
- A master you can reuse
- WAV 48 kHz / 24-bit for future edits and versions.
- Captions for recorded media
- Following WCAG 2.2, criterion 1.2.2, for people watching without sound.
- Checked before delivery
- Technical, listening and script checks on every piece.
Questions
Before you get in touch.
Can you make training audio instead of video?
Yes. For many frontline roles audio is the better format, because it can be played in one ear while the person works. We can produce both from the same script.
Do you build the course on our learning platform?
We produce the video and audio pieces with their captions and transcripts. Packaging them in your platform is agreed with the scope.
How do you make sure the steps are correct?
Every module is reviewed by someone who does the job, on your side, before it is delivered.
How long should a training video be?
One idea per piece. If it needs more, split it into modules: people finish short pieces and can find the one they need again.
