Private podcast feeds for companies
Audio delivered to employees through a private podcast feed that only they can subscribe to.
Private podcast feeds for companies: what to deliver.
A private feed puts company audio in the podcast app people already use, without making it public. It suits commuters and frontline staff.
We prepare episodes, show notes and artwork and set up the feed with a provider you choose.
Typical uses
- An internal podcast for employees
- A weekly audio news
- Training lessons
- Leadership conversations
What to check before you publish.
- AccessSubscribers sign in or use a unique link, depending on the provider.
- Artwork and notesPrepared in the formats feeds require.
- PrivacyWe deliver files securely and follow your provider's controls.
- OfflineEpisodes download for listening without a connection.
How it works
From your brief to delivered files.
You send the brief
Audience, message and the source material you already have. We ask only what the piece needs.
We direct and produce
Script, voice or on-screen talent, edit and versions, checked against your brief before anything reaches you.
You receive the files
Delivered privately in the formats your channels need, with captions and every language version agreed.
What you can hold us to
Checked before it reaches your teams.
Standards we apply to every piece, and the commitments we make before you send anything.
- Know how it’s made
We tell you whether each piece uses an AI voice or a human one.
- Reviewed before delivery
Nothing reaches your teams until you approve it.
- Confidential from the start
We agree confidentiality, access to materials and private delivery with you before we start.
Delivery standards
- Consistent loudness
- −16 LUFS for podcast platforms, true peak ≤ −1 dBTP, so episodes don’t jump in volume.
- A master you can reuse
- WAV 48 kHz / 24-bit for future edits and versions.
- Captions for recorded media
- Following WCAG 2.2, criterion 1.2.2, for people watching without sound.
- Checked before delivery
- Technical, listening and script checks on every piece.
Questions
Before you get in touch.
Do you host the feed?
