Toolbox talk video: when it fits.
A toolbox talk is a short, topic-led conversation before work starts. Playing the first two minutes means the topic is stated well and the supervisor can focus on questions.
We produce a series with a consistent structure, so each talk is quick to run.
Typical uses
- A weekly safety topic for a site
- Seasonal hazards such as heat or ice
- A reminder after an incident, without blame
- Talks for teams that work in several languages

Questions
Before you get in touch.
Is video or audio better?
Audio works on sites with no screen. Video helps where the action must be shown. We make either or both.
Who leads the discussion?
The supervisor. The recording opens the topic and leaves the questions to the team.
Do you use real incidents?
Only with your approval and with identifying detail removed. We never invent incidents or statistics.
